Single Room in house-share with Garden and Shed

A small single room with wardrobe space available to rent from the 1st of September. The house is situated within a 20 min walk/10 minute cycle from city centre and a 5 minute walk to the gym/ swimming pool.

Its next to the Canal with Lidle and Tesco both near-by. We have just moved in so not had our first gas/electricity bill yet but I should be able to forward the approximate monthly bill shortly.

The bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs with a very large sitting room and good-sized kitchen on the bottom floor. There is a back and front garden with a shed for bikes and other bits and bobs.

Your new room mates would be a proffesional woman and a male student both very active, considerate and kind people.
