We are looking for a house mate to join us. The house is a four bedroom, two floored, semi-detached house with a sheltered patio area. It is really well positioned for the centre of town, just 1 min walk from the High Street, yet in the quiet Crown area of town.
All four bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs there is a spare room, a living room, a bathroom, a drying room, a back sitting room, and a spacious kitchen with a dining area.
The room is furnished and the house has all the equipment and services you would normally need.
There is also wifi, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.
Also included in the price is regular visits from Mermaids to clean the house, including your bedroom.
