Warm, bright furnished double room in 3 bed property 5 minutes from the city centre.

Full use of modern facilties; living room, fully equipped kitchen, new shower room, BT TV and wi-fi. Washing machine and lovely garden with clothes line and shed.

Permit parking only during the day but it is rarely patrolled and free after 5.30pm, non-permit areas nearby.

I'm a professional female renting the property but looking to buy my own house asap so the room is available until mid July only; ideal for someome on a week to week basis who has a permanent address elsewhere.

I'm stay at the property mainly at weekends hence I'd prefer a Mon-Fri flatmate but this can be discussed.
