Room in spacious, quiet house in Westhill

Double room for one person available to rent in a spacious house in the quiet area of Westhill, Inverness. I'm hoping to find a mature student or professional person who is a non-smoker and who likes my dog (he's a big softie).
I don't want someone who works night shifts or who gets up at silly-o'clock in the morning, as it's too disruptive to me and my old dog!

The house is in walking distance from the new University campus & Cradlehall Business Park, and a short drive/bus ride from Raigmore Hospital, Lifescan & Beechwood Business Park. The bus stop is 250m down the back lane.

The room contains a double bed, a double built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chair and a 5-drawer chest. There are views from the window of the Moray Firth and the local Munro, Ben Wyvis. Wifi is available and there is a land line which you can use provided you pay for any chargeable calls.

You will be able to share the following rooms in the house with me: main bathroom, kitchen, lounge-dining room, conservatory and the garden. There is plenty of parking space for a car, and you can store a bike in the garage.

I own a very friendly dog who lives in the house, so you need to like dogs! Occasionally I might ask you to walk & feed him if I am away overnight and can't take him with me.

Although I have said 7 days/week, I am also willing to consider someone who only wants the room during the week (5 nights for £500/wk).
