Kitchen is shared and is equipped with microwave oven and cooker. Pots, pans, crockery and cutlery all provided as is washing machine/ dryer and clothes airer.

You will have sole use of a bathroom, which has a toilet, sink, bath and separate electric shower and large heated towel rail.

The property has gas central heating with combi-boiler, and is double glazed so it’s very cosy. Off street parking, Sky TV, BT Infinity broadband are all included in rent.

There's a small garden to front and rear, with shed. It's a nice quiet neighbourhood too. Not a party house - would suit a quiet, professional, non-smoking person.

May consider a lower rent for Monday to Friday let.
