This house-share would suit a young professional person, probably around the 23-35 age range, who is clean & tidy enough, doesn't like playing music very loudly and is a non-smoker, with no pets.
A double room for single occupancy is becoming available from Saturday 7th Dec at £512 pcm, plus 1/5 of the energy bills.
There will be a total of five people living at the house, but there's loads of shared space; a large lounge, and a good sized kitchen-diner, a utility room and a garden at the back which catches the sun all day. The house contains all the facilities you need such as a double oven, a microwave, plenty of cupboards, fridge and freezer space and a washing machine. The rent, which is paid in advance, includes council tax, TV license, WiFi broadband and a fortnightly cleaner for the shared areas. Energy bills are divided equally into 5 and paid retrospectively.
The house is located in a quiet residential street in the Crown area of Inverness, a 5 minute walk into town, 2 minutes from the shops & pubs at Kingsmills, 5 minutes to Fraser Park and walking distance to the hospital. There is off-street parking for two cars, but all tenants with cars are required to get a parking permit for the street, which always seems to have plenty of spaces. There are secure places to lock up bikes by the back door.
