If you want to live near the centre of Inverness, yet with the benefits of a quiet street, and get to know a few like-minded people through sharing a house, then read on. This house-share would suit a young professional person, probably around the 25-35 age range, who is clean & tidy, doesn't like playing music very loudly and is a non-smoker, with no pets.

A large double room with ensuite for single occupancy will be available from Weds 13th August for £556 pcm, plus a 5th of the energy bills.

There will be a total of five people living at the house, but there’s loads of shared space; a large lounge, and a good sized kitchen-diner, as well as a downstairs toilet, a utility room and a garden at the back which catches the sun all day. The house contains all the facilities you need such as a with two cookers, a microwave, plenty of fridge and freezer space and a washing machine.

The rent includes council tax, WiFi broadband, TV license and a fortnightly cleaner, with the gas & electric bills shared equally between the 5 tenants.

The house is located in a quiet residential street in the Crown area of Inverness, a 5 minute walk into town, 2 minutes from the shops & pubs at Kingsmills, 5 minutes to Fraser Park and walking distance to the hospital. There is off-street parking for two cars, but all tenants with cars are required to get a parking permit for the street, which always seems to have plenty of spaces. There are secure places to lock up bikes by the back door.
