Furnished room in lovely home

I have 1 room to rent in my home in Culduthel. It’s a quiet area with off street parking. The room is furnished with double bed, dresser and a built in wardrobe. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is fairly sociable, a non smoker and quite tidy.
