Im out working most days, & some nights. I also stay over at our family croft above the muir alot as that's where my horse business is, & am also my mums carer.
Whoever takes it, will have run of while pad 75% of the time.
I am thinking about sub-letting it for the 6 months, but only when I find the right person i trust & like to have my home. As its stunning, its in a lovely part of the area, with great people, so id be looking at signing it over, 100% succure life time tenancy if the person wants, if not you would get a swap fairly easy from there! after the 6 month eif sub letting us up.
Im moving over black isle, closer to my horses, family etc. Buying, so won't need council.
