I am seeking a responsible working person to rent a bright, comfortable room in my house that sits on a quiet residential street within the Cairngorm National Park in the village of Kingussie, near Aviemore. The property is a traditional stone built family home on 3 levels all with good sized bedrooms. Street parking is freely available outside the property. The room sits on the 2nd floor and has an excellent view looking across to the Cairngorm mountains. There is a large back garden area, conservatory and shed space for bike storage. The house has a private bathroom, a shared bathroom, kitchen/dining room plus a loo on the ground floor. The large room is double glazed, carpeted and has desk space plus, storage units for clothes. Smoke alarms are fitted in all bedrooms and living spaces (all interlinked) with additional heat sensors for kitchen areas. A 12kw wood burning stove on the ground floor provides incredible additional heat output to the kitchen dinning area that supplements a Biomass central heating system that drives radiators throughout the property. Others renting in the house are all mature working professionals, respectful, tidy and considerate. A deposit would be required to secure the room and the rent paid 1 month in advance. It would be expected that the shared living spaces within the house would be kept clean and tidy each occupant having a small share of the domestic duties on a weekly basis. If the small amount of cleaning raised a problem then the use of a cleaner could be arranged at cost. All std bills include electricity, biomass central heating, council tax, TV license and Broadband. Use of additional room heaters would not be included within the inclusive bills. 1 month advance notice to myself is required prior to leaving. Any additional questions please ask.
