Short term let in lovely clean new warm house

I’m looking for a lodger in my three bedroom semi detached house. It’s free from the start of September so perfect for anyone looking to get set up in Inverness.

There’s a bit of choice: a larger upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom, or a smaller downstairs bedroom with en-suite and its own door to the outside. I’m more than happy for someone to have a look and discuss with you which option best fits what you need.

My partner doesn’t live here but we live between our separate places. A bit unusual but works for us! I’m really active and there’s shed space for bikes and if you’re new to the area I’d be so happy to show you around. Kirkhill is cycling distance to town but still feels nice and rural with good access for runs and rides. It’s pretty quiet. There’s a pub about a mile away. It’s not the best, but I think anywhere will be nice for an outside pint right now!

I’m clean and tidy and would love to share with someone with a similar vibe. I love a clean worktop! I’ve asked my partner to describe me as it’s pointless trying to describe yourself. She says: energetic & outgoing. And she also said tidy.
