Furnished Double Room! 300 pcm

Hiya!
We are looking for somebody warm and friendly to move into our furnished spare room towards the end of September! The right applicant will be a female aged between 20-27, easy to get along with and somebody that wants to be part of a happy household! We are easy going and like our own space as much as we like a wine and a chat and occasional night out. And somebody that suits would be perfect! We like to keep the main areas tidy and then every now and again we all pitch in to have a cleaning day and get it sparkling!

We are lucky to live in a lovely and large three bedroom house. It has two living rooms, a modern kitchen and dining, toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs with both bath + shower. We also have a little garden. There is plenty of on street parking, a regular bus route and it's quite a nice area to live in!

The current tenants are a couple and a single female. We all work full time. Let us know if you think this suits you and tell us a bit about yourself aswell :)
