Double room for rent in cottage in Newtonmore

I am a conservation professional who currently rents a room in this property in Newtonmore and am looking for someone to take the other room which will soon be available.

This is a two-bed bungalow with an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc and plenty of storage space. The room itself is a small double which includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a small storage unit and I have added a small desk and desk chair.

The rent is £375 per month and includes broadband and council tax. Energy bills are separate and are paid by direct debit monthly, this can vary but is currently £176 per month total (£88 each). (Disclaimer, the heating/hot water system is somewhat complex and is based on a hot water tank that can be heated by an immersion heater, an electric boiler, or the wood burning stove).

There is space for parking on the driveway, on the street or in a free car park just round the corner. Newtonmore train station is a 10 minute walk away.
