The house is technically called a cottage, but really it's a bungalow. I'm looking for a new housemate as my existing housemate is off to New Zealand at the end of November. The house is next door to the landlord, who is super easy going and has been letting out the property for a number of years. He's very sweet and often tops up our log supply when it is running low.

The rent is £400/month which goes directly to the landlord. Wifi is included in this amount. The house has an electric back boiler which isn't the most efficient thing in the world. I'm in charge of the energy which goes out monthly. It's £85.50 per person / month. There is also a wood burning stove which is a more efficient way to heat the cottage.

It's a lovely bungalow which has fairly recently been renovated. I've lived here since last december and enjoyed it thoroughly. I'm not a smoker, cook vegan food (if you cook with meat that is absolutely fine though), and currently work from home.
