Large single room to let in large detached house

Large furnished single room to rent in North Ballachulish. Shared bathroom with one other person and use of utility room/mini kitchen.
The house is occupied by 2 people the owner and her son who is a wheelchair user. This is a quiet house although other family members may stay in the property from time to time. There are also 2 cats that live on the premises therefore we cannot accommodate additional pets.
There is ample parking for a vehicle and the bus stop for the Glasgow to Fort William bus is directly outside the property.
Looking for a professional person in full time employment who can offer references.
