A newly decorated fully furnished flat .. all new appliances, 49" flat screen included. Great views overlooking beach/harbour. Double bed, decent storage . All new pots/pans, cuttlery etc. Good size flat for single occupant or couple. Viewings available on request. The flat is actually covered on housing benefit at the moment in my name ( with all paperwork to prove arrangement) and it will continue to be covered for as long as I'm on universal credit.. since march so far. Full housing benefit is covered at 400 a month. I'm going to Scandinavia for 3 months so looking to sublet for that time.
