Large room south kessock- short term only

Large room overlooking quiet street.
Room has a large European king size bed with new mattress ( firm/ foam), 2 bedsides with lamps, drawers walk in wardrobe and underbed storage
There is a small desk to work on with a lamp, armchair and small side table to put your cuppa on if you fancy reading a book or watching tv.
There is a small tv unit with smart tv ( sorry no tv access but there is netflix and on demand stuff etc etc )
Walk in wardrobe with shelves and storage boxes with two clothes rails, a mirror and hooks for jackets on doors(used as storage at them oment bit will be cleared)
Privacy film is on the bottom half of the window so no risk of the neighbours seeing you in your pjs plus the curtains are blackout. The sun is on the garden side in the morning so you wont be woken up early in the morning. There is also underbed boxes for extra storage.
Floor is wooden board and was sanded/ rewaxed last year. There is a key on the door should you wish to lock it.

Bathroom has been recently refurbished
Towel rail, large walk in shower with sliding door. YOu have your own caddy inside.
There is a sink unit with drawers and a shelf and a mirror cabinet with your own shelf. There is a chair to put your clothes on and a hook on the door .


The lounge has a dining table you can use as a larger desk
Brand new large. 4 seater plus a coffee table. 40" smart TV ( same again ,only Netflix/ internet stuff).

Kitchen is a work in progress buthas all you need ( fridge/freezer- with own shelves, quiet microwave, kettle/ toaster air fryer and mini oven , all new) coffee machines ...induction hob works fine too. You get your own wall unit for your food and couple of shelves for more stuff.

Third room is Marcel and Rupert the guinea pigs' room and office/ storage room. I usually let them out roaming free in the garden when weather allows (not in house)

back garden is a sun trap as facing south there is a table and chairs and a couple loungers. It has a raised bed for herbs for cooking.

I work a lot so I am looking for someone I can trust and look after it like it is theirs and also keep tidy and clean up after themselves.
I usually clean the house roughly once a week but you are responsible for your own room and own laundry and cleanup/ tidy up after yourself.

Carpark is on street and there is ample space. Bus stop to town is 2 min walk away at the end of the street at Carnarc point
Merkinch reserve is under 5 min walk and takes about 15 min to walk to the city centre

House is under renovations so there are still a few bits that need done but the house is clean comfortable (and safe!) looking for short term just now .
No couples/ friends, room is for single occupancy only

For licencing reasons I cannot offer holiday stays etc etc .this would have to be your permanent home 🤷 (thank the Scottish government)
