Large room south kessock- short term only

Large room overlooking quiet street.
Room has a large European king size bed with mattress ( firm/ foam), 2 bedsides with lamps, drawers walk in wardrobe and underbed storage
There is a small desk to work on with a lamp, armchair and small side table to put your cuppa on if you fancy reading a book or watching tv.
There is a small tv unit with smart tv ( sorry no tv access but there is netflix and on demand stuff etc etc )
Walk in wardrobe with shelves and storage boxes with two clothes rails, a mirror and hooks for jackets on doors
Privacy film is on the bottom half of the window so no risk of the neighbours seeing you in your pjs plus the curtains are blackout. The sun is on the garden side in the morning so you wont be woken up early in the morning.
Floor is waxed wooden board with wool rugs. There is a key on the door should you wish to lock it.

Bathroom has been recently refurbished
Towel rail, large walk in shower with sliding door. YOu have your own caddy inside.
There is a sink unit and a mirror cabinet with your own shelf. There is a unit to put your clothes on and a hook on the door .


Bed linen /towels are provided.

The lounge has a dining table you can use as a larger temporary desk
4 seater plus a coffee table. 40" smart TV ( same again ,only Netflix/ internet stuff).

new kitchen with your own cupboard and extra storage if needed to be agreed

Third room is my office/ storage room. I have guinea pigs i usually let them out roaming free in the garden when weather allows (not in house) in the summer. If im away id prob ask you to feed them but my wee neighbour wont like that, thats his job)

back garden is a sun trap as facing south there is a table and chairs and a couple loungers. It has a raised bed for herbs for cooking and a gazebo so you can still wenjoy wjen it rains (bit only if theres no wind i found out later)

I work a lot so I am looking for someone I can trust and look after it like it is theirs and also keep tidy and clean up after themselves.
I usually clean the house roughly once a week but you are responsible for your own room, own laundry and cleanup/ tidy up after yourself.
Carpark is on street and there is ample space. Bus stop to town is 2 min walk away at the end of the street at Carnarc point
Merkinch reserve is under 5 min walk and takes about 15/20 min to walk to the city centre

No couples/ friends, room is for single occupancy only and no long term as i need the rooms for friends and familly rest of the time. this is not negotiable
If ad is on, room is available
Move in date earlier not possible and no extensions over three months. This is non negotiable.

For licencing reasons I cannot offer holiday stays etc etc .this would have to be your
temporary/ permanent official home 🤷 (thank you the Scottish government).
