Room available in house share

Roomy Victorian terrace with separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. I've spent loads on it recently so it's actually pretty nice now. The bedroom is newly decorated and re-carpeted and tenant has almost exclusive use of bathroom, which has both a bath and separate shower. I have my own on the level above. Price includes broadband and rates/water etc but I generally split the gas and electricity. There's a front garden and a back yard that catches the afternoon sun (if ever we get any). There's also a garage but there's very little space as there are already four motorbikes in there. The house is handily placed for pubs, shops, town centre, beach and park. I have a friendly (and greedy) dog so someone who likes dogs would be an advantage. Ideally, I'd like someone with a sense of humour, who I can get on with and who might even be enticed out for an occasional pint. If that's also someone who is reasonably tidy, considerate and cleans up after themselves, then that would be even better!
