The flat is centrally located and 5 minutes walk to the city centre and a couple of minutes from the nearest bus stop.
The room is £450 and bills are to be split equally. As I've only recently moved in, I don't know what the average bills are, at this point.
I currently have a small kitten so you should be pet friendly.
The room can be viewed immediately and moved into from the beginning of October.
