One bedroom in flat share

I am looking for someone to rent my second bedroom. The flat is on the second floor of a block in Farm Hill, has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. It has parking available, and is also on a direct bus route into Douglas. Within a short walk there are local shops, a bub (the Horse & Plough) and take-aways. WiFi is included. I am ideally looking for someone who is quiet and tidy.
