The self contained spacious accommodation is attached to our Regency home in a conservation area with wonderful views. definitely not your average modern property You and one other share a large open plan kitchen/lounge. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and double fan oven, built in fridge and freezer, gas central heating large bathroom and lovely views from both bedrooms. Your own garden is included and off road parking or shed for your bike.
We are looking for two considerate tenants (definitely NOT party animals) who appreciate nice things and are happy to keep the accommodation clean and in the same excellent order as it is now. ALL bills are included (water, council tax, TV License, broadband, hot water and timed gas central heating) except Electricity.
We are offering two double size bedrooms one with a double bed one twin beds (can remove one if required) one person per room.
Both rooms are double glazed and have latch key locks. We are happy to e mail pics of accommodation if required
