Room to Rent in Cowes Cottage

Hi I'm Charlie. I'm a 24 year old professional and I split my time working between the Isle of Wight and London.

I own a gorgeous little cottage in Cowes. I normally let the cottage out on airbnb but I'm looking for a more stable set-out with a flatmate I can trust and get along with.

The house itself has three double-bedrooms. I am renting one of them out. It's a great room with a wardrobe, chest of draws, mirror and other nice furnishings. The house has a really lovely open-plan living room/kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. It has a little courtyard garden at the back which would be lovely in summer. There is not designated parking for the property but there is on-street parking. I have never had a problem parking.

In terms of what I'm looking for I would love to share the house with someone who has their own life, interest, friends, etc but also someone I could get on with and spend a bit of time at home with. In winter I love just chilling out in the evenings by the logburner with a glass of wine. I absolutely love cooking so I'm looking for a fellow foodie. I have a good group of friends in Cowes who I go out for dinner or drinks with so it would be likely that I would have friends round at least one evening a week (likely to be a Friday or Saturday). I also have a lovely boyfriend who doens't live on the Island but does come to stay for about a week at a time and at weekends.
