It's a good sized double room for single occupancy by a working person. There's a bath/shower room downstairs for you to use. Also use of the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer. There is a garden with a washing line for use when weather permits. There's also WiFi and tv in the room and also another tv in the shared living room. There's a gas boiler for the central heating morning and evening. There's limited street parking nearby and a bus stop 1-minute walk up the road, the main bus station and high street supermarkets are 5 minutes walk away, The Red Jet is 6 minutes walk away All bills are included in the £120. The room is for a non-smoker and there is no smoking in the house. There is another female lodger who has a smaller ensuite room but shares the kitchen and occasionally the living room. I work on the mainland during the week returning occasionally at weekends. The room is available from the 31st of August.
