This is a lodger room with two other lodgers and the house lives as a family - not a tenancy. Occasional overnight visitors by agreement. Weekly cleaner. Dog in house. Owner back at weekends.

We are a family home, the house is non smoking and non vaping; (can do in garden) quiet hours between 10pm and 7am and no working from home.

Monthly cost includes council tax and water/elec/gas and WiFi and streaming (Netflix/ Your own). Heating set to mornings and evenings in winter so nice warm house. Space for bike in garden and on street parking. 5 mins walk to bus stop and town high street.
