Double room with own separate bathroom in a 2 bed flat in Cowes. Currently unfurnished in terms of the room as I have just secured the property and looking for someone to share with. The living area is furnished this is a flat share rather than a ready to go room.
Free on street parking outside the property and professional managed by letting agents. Rent and deposit split 50/50 and bills will be split 50/50 as well. All in monthly cost to be ~£600pcm. Looking for someone who is friendly, sociable, tidy and fun. Ideally someone with similar interests/age.
