Double Room In Clean, Quiet House. Shared

room available in quiet shared town house, shared with 2 other girls, 30-35 ish. one Sudanese, the other Hungarian. the bathroom is shared with one other (the third room has ensuite)
The landlord ,me :-) has separate accomodation with separate facilities. You will rarely see me. I bump into the other girls about once a month on average, although I am always available if needed.
The house has full CH , a shared kitchen and lounge, WiFi and washing machine.
parking is restricted in our st although available to all from 4pm to 10 am. It might be possible to get a residents permit. Unrestricted parking is available in nearby rds.
