I am looking for lodgers who are working on the Island, longer term, (usually six month minimum).
NON SMOKERS ONLY, NO KIDS, NO PETS.
NB. BILLS INCLUDED (gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV licence and council tax)
Deposit ( one full month's rent) & references required in advance, 5 working days for the deposit.
Rent is paid monthly & in advance. One full month's notice required or deposit will be partially or wholly forfeit.
