I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my house. preferable youngish and reasonably easy going. I'm 32 and work in music, my main other interest is surfing.. the room is a double, part furnished. it hasn't been decorated since i moved in so happy for tenant to make it their own.
theres a fair size garden which is nice.
Shared living area and kitchen (log burner coming winter 2019!). i don't have a TV and don't really want one but you're welcome to have on in the room.
would accept a couple - rent would then be £450 PCM inc bills.
Currently it's me and a friend called Chris living here. We play in a band together.
