Quiet Double Bedroom

A bright, rear-facing double bedroom, in a spacious house, very close to Cowes town centre, but in a quiet street. We're 5 minutes from the Red Jet and floating bridge.

The house has a large kitchen, shared living room with cable TV, and very reliable broadband (30Mbps). There is gas central heating, and use of the garden. There's use of the washing machine in the kitchen. There are residents' parking permits available for the street.

You'll be sharing the house with a single professional who has his well behaved nine year old daughter to stay two or three nights a week. Therefore you should be happy with the some occasional child noise. We are friendly and helpful. I am often away with work, so there will be periods when you will be the sole occupant.

Bills included in the rent, as well as a cleaning service.
