The property is located in a quiet residential area - approximately 20min walk (5 min drive) from Cowes centre, with it's numerous bars and restaurants.

We are a very friendly home and we respect each other's privacy and space.

You will be required to produce your passport and also a copy. Two references are also required - one must be from your employer. Rent is to be paid monthy, in advance
