I am a young, bubbly, clean & tidy professional. I am looking for someone similar to rent a double bedroom in my lovely Victorian terrace house in Cowes.
The house is located on a quiet street, just a 15 minute walk from Cowes high street, chain ferry and marinas. Newport is a 15 minute drive away- but then again nowhere is far on the island!
The room is a recently decorated nautical themed master double room with double bed, Wardrobe, drawers and small freeview TV.
The rent is £415 per month - All bills included. Wifi
A bit about me:
I am in my mid-twenties and work in the yachting & watersports industry. I also enjoy sailing and watersports. I love to cook - Food is a massive love of mine. I am looking for a like-minded person to live with - a clean and tidy environment is a must. I am not into having crazy parties at the house, drugs or having strangers stay the night - so if that sounds more your thing, this is not the room for you!
The room will be available from early February for an initial 3 months - this can however be extended. Viewing is essential-as I would like to meet you! If you're interested please send me a message.
