The luxury modern kitchen (shared) is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. It has an additional dining area.

The property is located in a quiet residential area 15-20min walk (5 min drive) from Cowes centre, with it's numerous bars and restaurants.

We are a very friendly home and we respect each other's privacy and space.

You will be required to produce your passport or driving license and also a copy. Two references are also required - one must be from your employer. Please tell me a little bit about your current circumstances and why you are interested in the room.

Please note that the room is for single occupancy only (no overnight guests)
and no pets are permitted. Strictly non-smoking home.
