One bedroon Annexe

This is a one bedroom Annexe with ensuite and lounge kitchenette .It is part of my own bungalow but seperate and private with its own access and small private garden and on road parking space so this would be a rolling month to month lodgers agreement. Im looking for single occupancy only in full time employment and someone quiet and respectful. Its in a very peaceful area close to the town and bus routes and ferry .
