Working lady would like to rent out a room for wor

I have a lovely room to let in my rented property, I would like a working person as to help with paying the rent and bills as i'm a single person. Also You will have your own parking space at the back of the property, it is a new build and tastefully furnished and decorated in all rooms. It would be a shared kitchen and bathroom, but due to my nature of work im hardly ever home and leave early in the morning and usually in late at night! I do have broadband . It is a lovely quiet area, and near to GKN and five minutes from the town and only fifteen minutes from Newport. Ideal for someone commuting from the mainland for work to the Island. Electricity, gas and water are included in the rent and use of cooker, washing machine and dryer are available although I try and keep my costs down by using washing line :). I am a very easy going person clean and tidy. I unfortunately cant except housing benefit applicants.
