Room in garden lodge in peaceful woodland

There is an opportunity to rent two rooms in a very quiet place in a woodland area. The flat has two rooms and there is shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom, decking area.

Council tax is included in the rent but bills will be separate unless you want them included in the rent in which case we will adjust the monthly rent.

The location is easy access to all bus routes around the Island and the bus stop is a few minutes walk away. A five minute walk from the Wightlink Car ferry Fishbourne to Portsmouth route. To get to Ryde by bike takes 20 minutes and we are a 5 min walk from Wootton where there are lots of amienties such as tesco express and a lovely spa.

There is car parking for 2 cars and a bike shed.

It would be great if the tenant had a keen interest in the communal veggie garden and loved the outdoors but not essential. Alcohol free is preferred.

This would be a 6 month let with the possibility to continue after the 6 month period is up. A review will take place after 4 months.
