Share with landlord who is there part time & his female professional friend who is also there part time. 1 other female lodger through the Summer. Room is conveniently situated furthest from the road at rear overlooking garden next to the bathroom. Use of garden, dining room, kitchen & utility space with room for bikes. Use of living room will be at landlords discretion. No smokers, no pets, rent includes electricity and water but not broadband. Professional, respectful couples are also welcome at £700 per month. Monthly agreement with mutual 1 month notice. Minimum 2 month term. Working applicants only please.
