Share with landlord & his female professional friend who are currently both only there a couple of days a week.. Room is conveniently situated furthest from the road at rear overlooking garden next to the bathroom. Use of garden, dining room, kitchen & utility space with room for bikes. Use of living room will be at landlords discretion. No smokers, no pets. Rent includes council tax, water & 50% of electric costs but not broadband. Monthly agreement with mutual 1 month notice. Minimum 2 month term. Working applicants preferred please.
