Huge en-suite, double room available with sea views in a quiet area of Gurnard. Ideal location for hospital and prison staff. Plenty of parking too.
Our home is a 3 bed detached property and I live here with my daughter and our friendly tabby moggy. We are located within a 5 minute walk of the local pub and village shop. The closest bus stop into Newport is a 10 minute walk.
The bedroom is fully furnished and the en-suite has a shower, basin and toilet for your sole use. Towels and bedding can be provided if required.
There is a large kitchen /diner for shared use and a separate lounge if you prefer to relax alone. We are quiet occupants and spend a great deal of time out so you’ll often have the house to yourself. There is a large garden you are welcome to enjoy. Bills are included and a good internet connection provided.
The rent would be payable monthly in advance. I regret that I am unable to accept smokers, housing benefit recipients or home workers.
