Double room for rent in Gurnard

I have a double sized room in a light and airy 3 storey semidetached town house in the centre of Gurnard. The room currently has a single bed which can be used or swapped out for a double if you wish to provide one.
5 minutes walk from the beach. Sea views from top floor.
Unrestricted parking on the road outside the house.
The room is on the top floor and has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet next to it. This would mainly be for your sole use unless one of my sons comes home for a few days.
There is also a tv room on that floor which would again mainly be for your sole use unless there are occasionally other visitors.
I have three medium sized dogs so you would need to not mind dogs or like them!.
I would not want a housemate who keeps antisocial hours, with the occasional exception.
Kitchen on the ground floor and would be shared. I would expect a housemate to be clean and tidy and not leave belonging around in communal areas.
