Lovely Attic room (double) to let in Newport

I have a lovely attic room to let in my house in the middle of Newport, which would suit a professional female , or possibly a couple. There are 3 cats in the house as well as myself. There is a modern kitchen , a good sized bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom in the house. There is also a good sized garden. Parking is not too bad , but the house does not have it's own allocated parking. There is central heating and all 'mod cons'
