Weekly cleaner and bills included in the rent (cleaner, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) (n. b. A half share of these bills alone comes to £248).

Flat is a relaxed, social, environment and very LGBTQ+ friendly (I am a gay man).

Minimal house rules except washing up to be done as soon as finished eating / cooking. Washing machine not to run later than 10pm (out of respect for the neighbours). Occasional / semi-regular overnight guests welcome.


Terms: standard lodger agreement (excluded licence) with 2 weeks' notice on either side.

Referee, suitable documentation for right to rent check and soft search credit check required.

Payment of £300 security deposit required to reserve room, deposit will be returned at end of license less any damages. Or, you can use the deposit towards your first month's rent if you woukd like to.

I may consider renting to couples although there would be a price uplift to £650 pcm.
