Double bedroom in quiet area of Newport

A double bedroom, close to town centre and within walking distance of hospital. Rental includes access to all living areas of house, including kitchen, living rooms, bathroom and wet room. Bills are included, but rent may have to be reviewed and increased in the next few months, depending on any energy cost increases.

I would be prepared to let to a person and their partner, but there would have to be a rental increase due to higher energy expenditure.

As the home owner, I am a full time healthcare professional working on the mainland, so my time in the property will be limited. I will be home weekly. I require a person who can take responsibility for organising essential requirements. Eg: Putting rubbish bins out for dustmen to collect.
