The annex has its own enclosed side entrance, parking, own front door with a clean and functional kitchen (new cooker 2023), bedroom (to the rear) has an en suite shower / toilet and also its own lounge facing the driveway (with off street parking)
The house is in a quiet location close to town (5 mins to Newport bus station) and set back from the road with off street driveway parking and pleasant views to the front and newly landscaped rear garden.
Council tax is an extortionate £136 per month - (you should get single person discount) & will be in your name.
Electricity for the Annex has it`s own supply though EDF so bill will be in renter`s name.
broadband Internet and Water £30 per month combined / for both.
