The house is in a quiet location close to town (5 mins to Newport bus station) and set back from the road with off street driveway parking and pleasant views to the front and newly landscaped rear garden.
Electricity for the Annex has it`s own supply though EDF so bill will be in renter`s name.
broadband Internet and Water (fresh and waste) £45 per month combined / for both.
