I am seeking a quiet professional and just to be clear, to rent to ONE person only- sorry no couples.

The house is in a quiet location close to town and set back from the road with off street driveway parking and pleasant views to the front and rear..

I would prefer no pets, but may be flexible for the right person.

Council tax is an extortiont £136 per month - (you should get single person discount) will be in your name.
Electricity is around £60-70 a month depending on usage. again the annex has it`s own supply though EDF so bill will be in renter`s name.
broadband Internet and Water £30 per month combined / for both.
