Single room available in Newport for NHS Hospital staff only

7-10 min drive to St Mary hospital

You will be sharing the house with 1 Pharmacist (myself) and a female ED doctor both working at St Mary.

It's a clean, quiet and private space to unwind after work.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks. Deposit is 2 weeks regardless of staying duration.

If you require a longer stay, a discount will be applied as the following:
- 4 weeks at £175 per week

The house is new built so all furniture are brand new with the best quality.

All bills included (heating, electricity, water, internet, council tax)

room for single occupant only - no couple (non negotiable)
