Room to let in our home

My husband and I have a double bedroom available for a working professional. Own shower room with toilet and sink, right next to the bedroom. Room is ground floor in a 3 story house. Use of the 2nd living room and utility room. There is a tv in the 2nd living room, and a sideboard for extra storage. Cupboards available in the utility room to store food. Microwave and fridge freezer available to use in utility room (we don't use them). Any hob, grill or oven cooking to be done in the main kitchen upstairs. We have 2 cats and a dog, so unfortunately cannot accept someone with pets. Would suit hospital staff, as we are fairly close to the hospital. House is situated in a quiet close.
