We are a young couple looking to rent our spare room, we both have professional 9-5 jobs and consider ourselves to be friendly & easy-going.
The room is a decent size and comes with a double bed, and some basic furniture such as chest of drawers & bed side cabinet there are the necessary fittings for a TV but there is not currently one in the room.
The main bathroom has a bath/shower.
We do currently have 2 cats which provide a free cuddle service.
Please do contact us and we would be more then happy to show you around.
Currently we are only looking to rent the room till mid-December time so it is available for a short let at the moment.
From mid January 2015 the room would be available for a full time let
