Located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building, the flat is equipped with underfloor heating, motion-sensor lights & integrated under-cabinet fridge & washing machine. The living room has a juliet balcony and a nice view with the sunshine pouring through. I'm looking for someone to occupy the other double bedroom in the flat, it's unfurnished. The bathroom is also mainly for this room as the other room is en-suite.
