Lovely double attic bedroom

The room is in the attic part of a large Georgian House in central Newport. It can be rented either unfurnished or furnished. There is a good sized garden and parking space for two cars. The rest of the house will be shared with three other people (females) ,one dog and two cats. The kitchen is fab and has all mod cons. Whoever moves in will have to share a newly renovated bathroom with one other female. There is BT broadband available in the house.
