etc. With good transport links would suit health care professional at St Marys hospital or in care homes
Cleaning lady comes in weekly to clean communal areas ie bathroom kitchen diner etc
Owner spends only 2 days each week there hence mainly share house with only one other person ,who works as a health care professional.
