Looking for a lodger to occupy a room in a 2 bed flat in Vernon Square in central Ryde.
We are a couple with a 2 year old child. We live in London and visit the Isle of Wight a few time a year so you would have the communal spaces entirely to yourself 90% of the time.
The flat contains a living/dining room with large TV, kitchen with washer/dryer etc. A bathroom with brand new bath and separate toilet.
The bedroom is a decent sized double room furnished with a bed and plenty of cupboard space.
Good transport links with a bus stop round the corner and the mainland ferry a 10 minute walk. On-street parking available.
