Looking for a lodger to occupy a room in a 2 bed flat in Vernon Square in central Ryde.
My husband and I work in London but come down occasionally to visit family. We have a 1 year old and 3 small dogs so must be ok with both.
You will have the communal spaces entirely to yourself 90% of the time.
The flat contains a living/dining room with large TV, kitchen with washer/dryer etc. The bathroom and toilet are undergoing renovation so will be new.
The bedroom is a decent sized double room furnished with a bed and plenty of cupboard space. Additional space in loft if needed.
Good transport links with a bus stop round the corner and the mainland ferry a 10 minute walk. On-street parking available.
