Shared areas (all furnished) include spacious lounge/dining area, covered outdoor area with built in hottub, large (currently quite wild) garden, decking area with sea views and heated swimming pool (currently covered, will be back in use by April), large and bright kitchen with skylight and patio doors at both ends (one leading to the communal garden, the other to a private courtyard which will not be shared).

The house has a large driveway at the front with enough space for several vehicles.

Note*** A section of the garden (fenced off) along with part of the drive is still used by the landlord to store construction items.

This tenancy will be shared with one couple of 37 years and 45 years old, another tennant of 38, and two dogs.

We all enjoy our own space and chilled times in between the occasional social period.

The garden has huge potential (already containing several fruit trees (including cherry, apple, and pear), so gardeners welcome.

Smokers are fine but outside only, occasional party will not be a problem (within reason), but must be happy to clean up after yourself and respect eachothers working hours.

This is a TV free household, though you are welcome to have one in your room, of course.

One dog Bella, whippet, very quiet/friendly. One dog, Lady Cassandra (bit of a Queen complex), Kangal, large, and not always friendly, (though only on a vocal basis), she's loving and calm once she knows you, just mild stranger danger. Both rescues.

Great spot for nature lovers with plenty of trails right on the doorstep.

The no.37 bus stops just outside, but only runs 5 x a day (and not on Sundays), so a vehicle is advantageous, otherwise it's around a 15/20 minute walk to Ryde golf club (busstop St. Vincents), serviced by both the no.9 and no.4 busses.
